She blushes in the dying light, her boarded windows glowing soft despite. Along her walls where shadows roam, the sunset writes its name before drifting home…

I’ve photographed the old Robinette Schoolhouse before, but I couldn’t resist capturing it again in the glow of the setting sun.

Built in 1862, it was known as District Number 8 School and closed during the 1912–13 school year.
